The company provides:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Healthcare<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits package and lifestyle spending account for employees and their immediate families.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly counseling sessions through a local counselling clinic, or reimbursement for those who desire to obtain their own counsellor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profit Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company-wide profit-sharing plan.<\/li>\n<li>All employees are part of the Employee Equity Trust and own a portion of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Paid Time Off<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid winter two-week break, inclusive of December 25 and January 1st, and a paid two-week summer break inclusive of Canada Day, during which the studio will be closed for both weeks<\/li>\n<li>Unlimited sick days<\/li>\n<li>Open paid time off<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work From Home or the Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employees are not required to come into the office and have the option to work from home any day.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A maximum budget up to $1500 to spend on office furniture for your BYG or home office, subject to approval<\/span><\/li>\n<li>For tax purposes, we still require employees to live in B.C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4-Day Work Week<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brace Yourself Games employees for Monday &#8211; Thursday, for a total of 32 hours a week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Events and Travel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid and salaried travel for employees working a BYG booth, giving talks representing BYG, or attending a (management approved) industry convention.<\/li>\n<li>Get paid to go to PAX West as a visitor and our pre-PAX party! You do not have to use vacation days to go.
